Morgan Annable (any pronouns) is a Program Manager for Communities In Schools of Whatcom-Skagit.
Morgan graduated with a BA in English and a secondary education endorsement from Western Washington University.
Morgan spent three wonderful years as a CIS Student Support Coordinator before becoming a Program Manager in the summer of 2024. She is excited to support our incredible team as they build connections with students and broker resources for families in our Whatcom and Skagit communities. Having seen the impact of our mission firsthand, Morgan is focused on building powerful partnerships and advocating for students and families.
Morgan grew up in a small town on the central Oregon Coast and then moved to Bellingham to attend Western Washington University. When not in the office, Morgan might be found climbing at Vital, building sets at Bellingham Theatre Guild, in their kitchen trying new recipes, or having friends over for a game night. Additionally, while Morgan no longer provides direct youth services with CISWS, they still get to work with youth as the pole vault coach for the Bellingham School District.
