Freshman Peer Mentoring
Meridian High school has implemented an outreach program that all freshman are required to attend. At the beginning of the school year, freshmen are placed in groups with each other and are assigned an upper class student mentor. They all share their goals for the year and progress they’ve made so far. Freshmen students can address their questions to their student mentor at any time during the year. These meetings are usually followed by team building games and activities!
